Gerald E. Kleinsmith who goes by “Jerry” has a degree in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  His professional background includes 25 years of experience in Corporate Marketing at a Fortune 50 high technology corporation and 15 years of experience in the purchase and sale of numerous personal residences and investment properties. Having been involved in many personal transactions, Jerry definitely understands transactions from a buyer and sellers point of view.   Jerry is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
